No medical services

Clinic Growth Systems is not a medical provider. We do not diagnose, prescribe, recommend treatment, interpret laboratory results, determine medical eligibility, or provide patient care. No provider-patient relationship is created.

Conditional service guarantee

The TRT Patient Pipeline Engine may include a conditional service guarantee for the defined delivery of qualified, deposit-backed consultations that attend, subject to the requirements and exclusions in a separate written agreement. This service guarantee does not promise medical eligibility, prescriptions, treatment, patient conversion, revenue, profit, return on advertising spend, or clinical outcomes. Acceptable use

You must not submit patient or protected health information, attempt unauthorized access, or use website materials to support false, deceptive, or unreviewed medical claims.

Clinic responsibility

Clinics remain responsible for legal, clinical, privacy, advertising, and regulatory review; medical decisions; message approval; and the operation of their systems. Any engagement will be governed by a separate written agreement.
