Clinic Growth Systems offers a conditional service guarantee for The TRT Patient Pipeline Engine. This guarantee is limited to the defined delivery of 20 qualified, deposit-backed consultations that attend, subject to the written qualification criteria, campaign requirements, calendar capacity, deposit amount, advertising budget, clinic obligations, exclusions, and other terms agreed before launch.

What the service guarantee means

If the system does not produce 20 qualifying consultations that attend within the first 90 days after launch, Clinic Growth Systems will continue managing the system without another management fee until the remaining qualifying consultations are delivered. A qualifying consultation is a genuine prospect inside the clinic’s service area who meets the agreed nonclinical criteria, pays the required booking deposit, and attends the scheduled provider consultation.

What is not guaranteed

The service guarantee does not promise medical eligibility, prescriptions, treatment, patient conversion, revenue, profit, return on advertising spend, or clinical outcomes. The licensed clinic makes every medical decision and remains responsible for patient care.

Clinic requirements and outside costs

The clinic must maintain the agreed advertising budget, calendar availability, deposit process, response times, staff participation, approvals, and accurate reporting. Advertising spend and outside software costs remain the clinic’s responsibility. Failure to maintain the agreed requirements may pause, extend, or invalidate the service guarantee as specified in the parties’ written agreement.

Variables affect other outcomes

Business and clinical outcomes vary based on factors including market, geography, clinic offer, budget, capacity, reputation, approvals, staff performance, sales and scheduling processes, platform conditions, competition, and lead response. Examples, planning discussions, or performance goals outside the written service guarantee are not promises or forecasts.

Review responsibility

Clinics remain responsible for legal, clinical, regulatory, privacy, and advertising review, including the accuracy and permissibility of claims and approved messaging.
